Vintage Clam Shell Trinket Box

Small lidded vessel hand crafted from a polished shell with brass hinge and detailing. Lovely piece for displaying jewelry or other small precious things. Hinge is in good condition but clasp does not latch and there is a small gap between sides when closed (see images).
